Zoom Virtual Event Host

Starting From $250

For any event, a host plays an important role in providing the overall experience, often delivering the housekeeping and technical support to participants and attendees.

30-45 minute pre-event planning meeting to talk about your event, its goals, and our role as host throughout.
Arrival 20 minutes before the event start time to prepare to go live and discuss any last-minute changes.
60 minute live event.
Carry out the duties of Host or Co-Host as decided in the pre-event meeting.
Follow up email to address anything that came up during the event and provide a list of any needed attendee follow-up.
Additional hosting time available.

Zoom Virtual Event Planner & Host

Starting From $450

We'll both guide you through the setup of your event AND show up to host it as well!
